  4. ECPage is NOT a public domain program.  It is copyrighted by
  5. David R. Erickson.  This software and accompanying documentation are
  6. protected by United States copyright law and also by international
  7. treaty provisions.

  9. David R. Erickson and Erickson Consulting grant you a limited license
  10. to use this software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed
  11. thirty days.  If you continue using this software after the thirty-day
  12. evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to Erickson
  13. Consulting.  Fees paid to disk vendors, distributors, etc, are NOT
  14. considered registration fees paid to the author as the author does not
  15. receive them.

  17. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  18. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
  19. program except as provided in this agreement.  Any such unauthorized
  20. use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  23. ECPage is licensed for use on a single computer at a time.  Special rates
  24. are available for site and enterprise wide licenses; please write for rates.

  26. This shareware is fully functional software; however, the registered version 
  27. has no registration reminder screens and does support additional font 
  28. typefaces.  Registered program disk is mailed out after registration.

  31.                       LIMITED DISTRIBUTION LICENSE

  33. Permission to distribute this shareware version of ECPAGE is granted on a
  34. non-exclusive basis providing that the package is complete and unaltered.
  35. Users must be aware that this is SHAREWARE and any fees charged to users
  36. must be nominal distribution fees.  The author, David Erickson, reserves
  37. the right to revoke this distribution license.

  39. NOTE: Any distribution which implies that this is other than shareware, with 
  40. registration fees due to the author (David R. Erickson), is not permitted.

  42. CD ROM distributors are requested to send to the author a copy of the CD 
  43. containing ECPage.  Book and hardware bundling distribution is normally 
  44. permitted with prior notice and permission of the author.
